Possibly you have the 330 Professional S. If so,
depress the knob located just above the "lock/unlock" dial (left hand side looking from the back of the camera) and slide the small catch located alongside in the direction of the arrow.

How do I open the back of my C330? I have downloaded the manual from the USA Site, but my camera does'nt have a button on the backplate! Help! Geoff
