Must be something wrong. I have a 35mm that is over 20 years old and it's razor sharp edge to edge.

Hi,
I have a problem with the 35mm lens for Mamiya 645 pro. Or actually with two lenses. I got one about a year ago and just recently I discovered how soft it was on the right side when examining the negative. I've done some test on all apertures and not until f /16-22 it's reasonably good. It's not just the corners but about 1 1/2 cm in on the right side of the negative. However, it only seems to be a problem when focused on infinity. Close range it sharp all over at all apertures. (it looses sharpness at big apertures of course but it' seems to be acting more normal at close ranges)
After complaining and showing my test at Mamiya here in Sweden I got a new one, but this shows the same problem. I tested my 80mm f/2.8 at the same time and no problem there so it's not the film that's not flat. Has anyne else had this problem? I'm going crazy here...
By the way, the serial number on both 35mm tested are quite similar. Would it be an idea to test another one with a serial number far from it?
